Shengbang Microelectronics launches SGM2232, a 150mA, high voltage, ultra-low static current, high PSRR, low dropout linear regulator (LDO)

Shengbang Microelectronics has launched SGM2232, a 150mA, high voltage, ultra-low static current, high PSRR, low dropout linear regulator (LDO). This device can be applied in various fields such as industry, healthcare, telecommunications, and wireless devices.

SGM2232 is a high voltage, ultra-low static current, high PSRR, low dropout linear regulator that can provide an output current of 150mA with a typical voltage drop of 570mV. The working input voltage range is 4V to 40V, and the output voltage range is 2.5V to 5V, suitable for various applications.

The device also has other functions, including undervoltage locking, short-circuit current limiting, and thermal shutdown protection. The chip adopts SOT-223-3 and SOT-23-5 green packaging that comply with environmental protection concepts. Its working temperature range is -40 ℃ to+125 ℃.
