Fast Tech announced on May 10th that the top ten global IC design companies for 2023 have been announced, and Nvidia remains firmly in the top position.

The report shows that the total revenue of the top ten IC design companies worldwide in 2023 is approximately $167.6 billion, a year-on-year increase of 12%.

The top ten companies are Nvidia, Qualcomm, Broadcom, AMD, MediaTek, Marvel, Lianyong, Realtek, Shanghai Weir Semiconductor, MPS, and Cirrus Logic.

The most outstanding performer is Nvidia, which has driven the development of the artificial intelligence industry chain, with a revenue of 55.268 billion US dollars in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 105%, surpassing its competitors.

Broadcom is also a beneficiary of Nvidia, with revenue of $28.445 billion in 2023 (excluding the semiconductor division), an annual increase of 7%, and AI chip revenue accounting for nearly 15% of its semiconductor solutions.

MediaTek and Qualcomm, two manufacturers, are under pressure in terms of revenue due to the lack of a significant rebound in demand for smartphones. However, both companies have invested some energy into the field of new energy vehicles.
