On August 29th, Kuai Technology reported that Huawei executives attended and delivered important speeches at today's data conference.

Huawei executives said, "Through system design and engineering construction, we can solve the problems of overall digital center capabilities, computing power, and analytical capabilities, and eliminate the generation gap on our chips

In Huawei's view, AI data centers consume a lot of energy, and artificial intelligence consumes even more, requiring a combination of data and energy.

Prior to this, Huawei Executive Director Zhang Ping'an had stated that it is very, very good that our semiconductor can solve 7nm.

Regarding the well-known current situation of Chinese chips, Zhang Ping'an said, "We definitely can't get 3nm, we definitely can't get 5nm. If we can solve 7nm, it's very, very good

Zhang Ping'an also believes that the direction of China's chip innovation must rely on the direction of our chip capabilities, not on single point chip processes, but on system architecture, to leverage our bandwidth capabilities, hoping to exchange space, bandwidth, and energy for our chip defects.

In fact, 7nm is not necessary. According to the survey, Chinese Mainland will need a large number of mature process semiconductors of more than 28nm in the automotive industry in 2023, which now accounts for 29% of the global production capacity.
